However, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings. All product dimensions and weights are approximate.

Personalized Items: Custom products like monogrammed ornaments or stockings are final sale, as they are crafted uniquely for you.

Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you promptly and offer a refund or a suitable alternative.

4. Orders & Payment Terms

Order Process: Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to fulfill.

Pricing: Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We may update prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

Methods & Times:

• Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment. Flat rate of $12.95.
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier volume. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your item.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unassembled, in original packaging with all tags and accessories.
• Non-Returnable Items: Personalized ornaments, opened wrapping paper/supplies, and used dining/entertaining items are final sale.
• Process: Contact our Festive Care Team within the window for an RMA number. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection and approval. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a prepaid return and expedite a resolution.
